My journey started in the middle of a wheat field. Small town prairie life. I moved from from coast to coast. Falling in love with the ocean. No matter where I moved to anxiety and depression followed me. I found freedom once I experienced breathwork. It supported me in healing at the root of my wounds and regulating my nervous system. I felt like I had found me, I was home. I am passionate about sharing this with others to support them in their journey of life. No matter what season you are experiencing, breathwork can nourish you.
My approach to somatic coaching is rooted in a trauma informed bottom up approach. Connecting your body and mind. I hold space and guide my clients through sessions to help them regulate their nervous system, overcome anxiety, process trauma, release stress and overwhelm. Your body is keeping score of your life. Your breath is your connection to your body. Regulate your nervous system and change your life.
